airy room helpful staff clean en-suite
the location is ideal as it is close to the city centre the rooms are spacious and airy i found the staff very friendly and helpful nothing seemed too much to ask of them the en-suite bathroom was very clean and well stocked

great location friendly staff creaky floorboards unclean bedding
the location was fab!!! i loved how close it was to all the shops and restaurants. the staff were also super helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile!
the floorboards were quite creaky. i could hear the people in the room above walking around early in the morning, around 6am. the bedding also wasn't very clean.

perfect location helpful staff comfortable bed
the hotel is in a perfect location. i parked at the cathedral car park nearby. the hotel staff were cute and helpful. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
the bathroom window would not open so there was no ventilation. the window was broken with black mold. a sticker stated steam can set off smoke alarms. i had to keep the bathroom door open when showering.

the hotel has an elevator for easy access to all floors. a bar is available for drinks. the breakfast had a good variety of options available, including both cooked and continental items.

the check in staff were friendly and efficient. i found the staff to be helpful. the staff regularly replaced the buffet food so items were always hot. this ensured a high-quality breakfast experience for all guests.
